KingCare Lottery Survey

This form is an entry into the Lottery for Child Care at KingCare for the 2026-2027 school year. Filling out this survey does not guarantee you a spot. We will randomly choose to fill open spots and continue the lottery to place families on the wait list. We draw by family. This means either all children in a family get a spot or all children in a family are on the waitlist.

IMPORTANT: Please only fill out ONE lottery form per household.

We will weed through and delete duplicate entries before we do the lottery draws. It does not increase your likelihood of getting a spot by filling out the survey multiple times or having multiple members of the same household complete the form. It only increases the amount of time needed to complete the lottery process. If a child has two households, please do not register that child's name under both households. We can only place a child in our system once. Multiple parents entering lottery submissions for the same child only slows down the process and will not increase your likelihood of getting a spot.

We will not accept any submissions after midnight on 4/24/2025.

The Lottery draw will take place on 5/1/2028. We will inform parents via email by 5/6/2025 if they have received a spot or if they are on the waitlist. Please allow us until 5/6 to get through all of the process before reaching out with questions.
